If you are not satisfied with the handling of any complaint that has been dealt with by this

firm, you can ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider the complaint by telephoning them on 0300 5550333 between 9:00hrs and 17:00hrs, emailing at enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk or writing to them at:-
